Who we are

Wellness Nest is a naturopathy practice operated by Dr. Priyanka, BNYS, Naturopathy & Yoga Physician, Reg. No. 1988/A, based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.

Nature of the service

We provide naturopathy and lifestyle medicine consultations, delivered online and, by arrangement, in person. Our care is complementary and does not replace treatment by a registered allopathic medical practitioner. Please also read our Medical Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.

Appointments

• The initial 20-minute consultation is offered free of charge and carries no obligation on either side.
• Consultations are held by appointment only. Please join at the scheduled time; where you are significantly late, the session may need to be shortened or rescheduled.
• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least twenty-four hours’ notice so the slot can be offered to someone else.

Fees and refunds

Fees for paid consultations and wellness programmes are confirmed to you before you commit. Fees cover the practitioner’s time, assessment and the preparation of your plan; because that work is performed for you individually, fees for sessions already delivered are non-refundable. If a session is cancelled by the clinic, it is rescheduled or refunded in full.

Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate and complete information about your health, medication and history. Guidance is only as sound as the information it is based on.
• Continue under the care of your treating doctor for any diagnosed condition, and tell them about the guidance you receive from us.
• Tell us promptly if your condition changes or if you experience an adverse reaction.

Intellectual property

The text, images, branding and wellness plans produced by Wellness Nest belong to the practice. You may read and share our published articles with attribution, but you may not reproduce them commercially or present them as your own.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Wellness Nest is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website, or from guidance applied without disclosing relevant medical information to us. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction.
